Grain free paleo bread

inspired by the lovely nourishwithjass


1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flax meal
5 eggs 
1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1.Preheat oven to 350. 
2.In a large bowl, mix almond flour, flax, baking soda, sea salt. 
3.Once all clumps are settled, add in all wet ingredients and whisk until combined. 
4.Pour into your glass dish and keep in mind this mixture will rise. Add your extra ingredients to the top and bake for 45 minutes
Ps I highly recommend adding maple syrup or honey (about 1-2 tbsp) if you’re not used to paleo bread! 
One of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made! I highly recommend if you are trying to reduce gluten and dairy in your diet!
